This is only a junior explorer that has certainly discovered oil and found themselves a bit short.It is not unusual to raise more funds as they go along until they can find their feet. Mr Hung is no easy meat. He knows what he is doing. The difficult part is finding the oil.Now they have done so, investors will come on board, on discovering more oil fields, they will have more backers.I invest mainly because they have discovered oil in Mississippi and they have land there, a region reknown to be rich in oil. If they are anywhere near AUT, RFE or SEA, they are on their way. It is worth a speculative buy from me. IMHO and bought more today. DYOR
