Yes, that was the conclusion I came to. He has been appointed to help with future capital raises, which begs the question, if the proposed mining operation is going to be profitable, as some posters on here insist, then why would they need a new director with access to foriegn funds? maybe management aren't so confident that profitable mining can occur........not a good look this announcement.
