So will he be present at all board meetings, or phone in?

He could travel, at around $15,000 for airfares and accommodation

for each trip, I suppose.

A Director that AUL hasn't bothered, as usual, to add any information,

in regards to the reason for appointment, any specific talents

that he may bring to AUL, and at what cost.
