Unity Mining Limited (UML) was an Australian gold producer with assets domiciled in New South Wales, Tasmania and Victoria. Its history over the previous three years was that it had consistently traded well below its cash backing and had negative investor perceptions.
In 2015 Mr.Terranova joined the Board in a Non Executive capacity and initiated a strategic review which culminated in Board and management change and a rationalisation of assets.
This resulted in Mr.Terranova temporarily assuming an Executive Director position to facilitate the process. Upon completion of the review, another mining related company acquired UML resulting in returns in excess of 300% for investors through Mr. Terranova’s tenure.
