    5. High margin sales (yoghurts etc) lost. Query, whether replacement sales will be for milk (lower margin) or VA products such as yoghurts etc (higher margin). The higher the margin lost vs the margin replaced with, the greater the actual bottom line loss.
    6. Timeline to replacement of lost vs prospective new sales.
