Deep down punters investors know in the back of their mind its cheap as chips but who in their right mind does not hope for cheaper prices
Like property you know a suburb average price is 1million and you see a property for 500k(you buy dont complain)then you see another one for 400k you buy and so on ...you dont go and sell your 500k property for 400k knowing your neighours value...anyway one must feel comfortable in what they hold
