Could some of the weakness here be related to Elon Musk's comments late last week about trying to phase out cobalt in their batteries? There are already batteries that contain no cobalt under development by other companies for example (ASX:UTR). I think near term and current producers will be fine but things just got a bit more uncertain for new plays i.m.o. whether it be only in investor sentiment or not.
