Pretty normal to see this level of manipulation once a stock see's the spotlight so to speak and particularly at such cheap prices - You are correct though the main attraction is the low market cap and the land. I don't know much about the history of this management team but I just hope they know what they are doing - this is the unknown factor as far as i'm concerned.
But IMO even at 5c it's still undervalued in comparison to peers.
