Regardless how tight, one thing is for certain. They will act in unison. BOD + largest shareholder own more than 50% of issued shares, whilst the balance of top20 owns another 20%.

A company the size of NCM normally won't publish drilling updates the way juniors do. They might do it periodically in investor presso or qtrly updates. As you pointed out, the fact that NCM make the announcement on their platform is interesting. We can only guess and speculate as to the reason why. Nonetheless, NCM going back to the tenement for more drilling after completing their initial stage is a positive sign.

There is literally no other way for the BOD to cash out apart from making a deal.

The largest shareholder + BOD own 200m shares or so, there is absolutely no way they can sell their shares in the open market given the fairly buying depth.

Their only way out = make a deal!
