You are quite right. It will be interesting to see what the SP does over the next couple of months especially if today is any indication!

I suspect though that the judgement will not wait until February and that we may see something in January as it is not wise to drag this out.

The potential next big issue is that the two parties have been following the dispute resolution procedure in their agreement. In most cases there is a next step and that is appeal to the courts in a full legal appeal. This would not be good for AEJ from a funding perspective!
