CEO = Chief Executive Officer = (ex) Wade Evans.
COO = Chief Operating Officer = (current) Mike Hendriks
CIO = Clinging-on Interim Officer = Bronwyn Barnes.
I wonder what the CIO does so far as governance is concerned! Was she there when the CEO either resigned or was asked to leave? Did the CIO have any say in appointing the COO? My guess is that the answer to both questions is 'NO' - not within COOEE!.
Anyone know the details of the CEO's departure?
