Berger - will all due respect this transaction is all about keeping th dream alive.
They must do prudent deals like this or there is only hot air to reference.
When end they have some cashflow and operational leverage then they can be much more selective about funding, offtakes and other strategic initiatives. So far it’s only full of punters telling them to go for it.
and if this deal achieves interest from new parties to fund them to the next stage then great, that’s how you stay alive and with a bit of luck a great outcome for us all holding the stock.
