I look at it as more of a hedge and something that can be taken to financiers TODAY rather than in 1 year or 2 years time. I'd be pretty pissed off if they had signed away 50% of future production for 10 years at $44 but they haven't... So, I take it as face value and hope it will give discussions with bankers a bit more bite. But we'll see what happens in the next few months.
Looks like this Curzon group also entered into something with BKY a while back.
