gday dj. i contacted ben a few weeks ago asking about the conversion rate and he explained it to me that it was not a lack of electrical contractors thats the limiting factor, its getting the energex head honchos to come out and sign off on the work as there is only 1 or 2 people commited to this job with energex for the SE region. He explained that when the cyclone happened it wasnt the electricians that went up to fix everything it was the energex guys who went up and then became unavailable to lpe to sign off on conversions for a time.
