LPE works at a margin of about 15 - 17%, should the almost impossible happen then, for e.g., a 10 % price drop would result in a 1.5 -2 % revenue drop. They are more exposed to fluctuations in power consumption due to seasonal changes in air con usage and / or converting from contracted to managed. But all that is just a tiny fraction of general revenue. Current sp 2.6c, fair value based on the next 4C should be 5-6c, that's what a LPE-newbee should consider.
