I say replace them with current shareholders who already have skin in the game and are well aquianted with the suffering that this company has created for us all. We need people who have the time and knowledge to be placed into the board who can look after our vested interests (will mean looking after their own being shareholders them selfs) and who know how the game is played. We need to do this ASAP as the performance of this company and management over the last 5 years has been absolutely disastrous. It’s a shame they have not been held to account and seems they still just don’t get it, get rid of them all and start with a new team. I don’t think any investor is willing to touch APG with its current reputation. We need new management and new direction then can we repair our reputation and bring in investor confidence.
