If MT is not completely removed (both running and as a financial burden) with someone put on the board with actual skin in the game who will sit back before a decision and think “hang on this might actually have a negative impact on us” rather than “let’s get a couple of bucks in the account that will not last us more than a few months but at least that’s a few more months of salary” then the removal of the board is critical to stop further decay. The board interest and shareholder interest are not aligned and this has been blatantly obvious for some time now.

It’s time to vote and vote for change as if change does not happen then there will be no more APG.

All well and good voting the existing BOD out, that I agree with - but we then need a Plan B.

Who will the replacements be?

Do we have people lined up?

Easy to say - but we need to have a planned contingency and not just a thought bubble!

Who do you have in mind for replacements TJ?
