Cant relax completely yet. Due diligence and conditions precedent could take up to 2 months. This is a real make or break deal. If, for what ever reason, the deal doesn't close, it will break FWL as we know it. I suspect the sp is reflecting that fact.
Due diligence starts today with a site visit. Fingers crossed!
SP will move once the deal is done and money starts to flow in.
