When you have margins of 73%, a dominant market position with potential for some competitors to toss in the towel due to low sales (think Beta/VHS battle), then once you have covered your fixed costs, the rate of NPAT growth becomes very large very quickly. It may be a few years away, but I am happy to hold and see where this stock goes.
(But I agree - trying to work it all out and get a valuation is difficult)
