re: Ann: Atlantic Gold and Spur Ventures merg... From what I understand talks with Spur have been underway since November, with sprott taking a back seat.
I think it should be considered also that Spur will probably raise cash for this project to get it off the ground. Be interesting to see how it plays out.
Anyway nothing to happen now for some months.
