re: Ann: Atlantic Gold and Spur Ventures merg... If debt was not an option, this is a far superior option to raising equity at current SP level. Effectively raised cash at a 30% premium to SP and reduces uncertainty.

A failed CR (more than likely) would do immeasurable damage to value.

There for with the hand they were dealt this is the best we could hope for.

Would just like to know who was advising on the debt side of things so can rest peacefully knowing all options were thoroughly explored and given the best chance of success.
