re: Ann: Atlantic Gold and Spur Ventures merg... Have followed this one since tony locantro first highlighted it several years ago. It was Wallys dream and passion for a long time, and I would have liked to see the project get off the ground under ATV terms.

Finance and the christmas tree affair obviously hindered the company somewhat, but I still feel ATV should have been closer to the 5 cents region.

Where will it go? Hopefully a good management team and sprott assets have a plan, so maybe it's a win win, but I think it will take time.
