ASX Notice reference number: 0099.16.02 (ASX Notice) advised that CYBG PLC (the Company) was expected to be admitted to the official list of ASX Limited (ASX) as an ASX Foreign Exempt Listing on Wednesday, 3 February 2016 and official quotation of the Company’s securities was expected to commence at 11:00am AEDT on Wednesday, 3 February 2016, initially on a deferred settlement basis.

Following National Australia Bank Limited’s announcement ‘CYBG demerger now effective and IPO update’ at 5:02pm AEDT on 2 February 2016 confirming changes to the timetable for quotation of the Company’s securities, ASX confirms it is now expected that the Company will be admitted to the official list of ASX Limited (ASX) on the morning of Thursday, 4 February 2016 and that official quotation of the Company’s securities is expected to commence at 11:00am AEDT on Thursday, 4 February 2016, initially on a deferred settlement basis.

Participants are advised that CYB will be placed into an ENQUIRE session state on the trading platform on Wednesday 3 February. This means for CYB that no trading messages may be entered or amended in the trading platform and no matching or auctions take place on Wednesday 3 February.
