go and read the prospectus, in particular 5.10.1 which details loans and covenants. They were going to be in breach of their covenants on 30 June, which is why they need to raise capital. Pain in the rear end, as with no div being paid, I don't really want to put more money into this dog. I do think what they are trying to do with organic growth and debt reduction is a better strategy, so maybe long term I might get some money back. I have an average of $3.88 so much worse than yours.....
