I'm with ML173 on this one, I wonder what cresent is up to with these debt facilities etc. 40 cents sound like such a low ball offer. Like this is all cresent can afford and is completely diluting shareholder value in the processes. Easy to get buy in if half the directors on the board are from cresent.
Are they cooking the books perhaps make it look like they need the money in a cap raising so they can own more of the company themselves ? I don't know it's all pretty suspect to me. isn't 50 million enough working capital ... what are peoples thoughts?
