FAS were trading insolvent for months on months before the ASX finally woke up and ended the 3 b con job and suspended them , the ? got to be asked 1 trading insolvent by the corps acts very serious for current and past directors .. 2 auditor should of ended the rot years ago ? 3 a lot of misleading 2 years of ASX ann of imminent finance which have proved to be lies ASIC is there to police this corporate behaviour and act upon big end of town and small end of town it would not take much of a investigation into FAS to discover the skeletons
