Just an administration oversight. NG was aware that the fees need to be paid and has the funds to pay it. I believe they will be paid very soon i.e before the 29th.
As far as not yet completing the deal I don't see this as a problem. I believe the aim is to get the best deal possible for shareholders and to commence exploration and ming A.S.A.P.
The longer we wait the better the deal is likely to be as the markets have turned for Junior miners.
I spoke to my Broker today and he believes the Satellite deposits have enormous potential. This is interesting as since he has in the past had reservations regarding MCO.
Hopefully the recent Olympic Dam debacle will bring down mining costs giving smaller miners like MCO a more than fair chance to achieve sustainable production.
