it seems the share price rose just before the capital raising which is unusual mainly because of a recommendation by the next small cap I think? and it more then doubl,ed at one point this assured them of many applications but now the recomendation seems forgotten as with many of them all I can say is last time I looked at vector vest they valued them at one cent a share
