The question about the payments using an intermediary is interesting. Are the intermediaries independent of the Chinese Directors/shareholders? The amounts transferred wouldn’t have been large ... they only needed to pay the auditors and Directors so any commission shouldn’t be large.
Hopefully the answers will finally satisfy the ASX and the suspension is lifted
