Ultimately, the ASX asking these questions and getting these documents public is good. There's nothing there that should be difficult to answer or gain access to. Could be done in a day. But these things need to be cleared up ASAP so we all know what's going on. Without threats by the ASX, this whole process would last year's as every one drags their feet.
