I think the court case with Majority would still be on going and we wouldn't have the Majority duo as our Chairman and other Aussie Director if that was the case.

The most positive slant is that they are Taiwanese who have their cash locked up in China and need the Australian Listing to have access to cash out of China

When the name change came up for the vote I heard that ACA said they were voting with the owners because they hadn't done anything wrong which made me think ACA were part of the scam.

The only way I can see that the owners haven't done anything wrong is if Barclays have been doing the selling ???
