As to your last point, I doubt it as I suspect the ASX and ASIC will do nothing to the Directors, and as usual the SH cop it up the dateroll. Just go over to TV2 and see what Tom Young got up to in 2016 there LOL. And the head of Everblu, a LNP supporter btw (google it, organising a dinner for the Wentworth candidate I think from recollection) and yet he has also made a killing here and elsewhere. As I said these Directors you need to stay well clear of them, but as much as you research some always remain hidden. Unfortunately, I only have myself to blame in terms of VIC, but as someone said earlier maybe a scene from the Godfather is all you can hope will happen to these Directors in time, because I doubt ASIC will do anything. And as someone posted earlier ASIC said in another case that ‘class action’ works well in Oz - what a joke as for the spec end of town there are no assets to recover and it costs a bomb for class action. As I said earlier on in this thread ASIC and ASX want to be viewed as been tough, but the Directors will get away with it again and keep the money they took from SH whilst leaving the retail end of town to hold the can. Maybe the Royal Commission should be extended to cover the incompetence of ASX and ASIC in these regards, because I suspect these Directors will reappear again in one form or another, including just an employee of a company LOL, so keep a list of these names is all you can do and avoid them like the plaque where you can. All IMO IMO IMO
