How to gauge the value, might only come if there was an offer for all the assets ? or a sale of assets, and cash return, that would need to advise if worth more than 2c per share, to then consider conversions.

will the company make its updates to shareholders/ option holders via its web site ?

How to measure value, for what is not traded and market priced ?

Or if the assets were merged into another entity with a pro rata distribution ?

Will the unlisted company, continue to burn its remaining cash ? v how will it replenish its cash for its activities ?
