I would expect that VIC will meet the same fate. It has certainly been indicated that VIC's suspension and likely future lifting of suspension very much depended on what the ASX decided to do about HDY.The lack of any announcement on VIC after the Jan 2nd D-Day appears to confirm that "they" knew what was coming.
Commiserations to those who have lost out and who had significant skin in the game here. Not a nice game though and not played by the rules or what should have been the basic rule of the Directors working for the benefit of ordinary shareholders.
A sad indictment of the arrogant and cavalier behaviour of people who should have acted better.
