In regards to your comment "personal details are loosely available on social media" that is not the case, and in fact you should really check your information before posting comments like that. Would have thought your legal council would advice of such wording or at the very least with commenting about anything to do with the situation currently.

It was never posted on social media and not available to anyone else. The proposal site only showed First name and Surname, if the person wish to enter it.
It is good that you have an attorney or lawyer as we call them here in Australia and good for you, I wish you the best in your legal matters.

For your information and anyone else who had concerns the site uses high-grade SHA-256 RSA encryption for secure (https) connections over TLS, the same level of security used by banks and other financial institutions. The AES-256 encryption algorithm is used to encrypt data at rest.
