The effort while fantastic will depend on whether ASX takes into account at all this voting block voice in its decisions. And since the remedial recommendation's will be at least in part suggested and put forward by the ASX , I would not be hold my breath that these efforts will be in fact rewarded.

Keep in mind that most companies constitution and / Corporations Laws require a minimum of - 28 days notice to shareholders for an EGM to be called - and this matter could potentially be over today.

It is for these reasons together with the obvious fact of disclosing my personal details to unknown persons and pretty much anyone on Hot Copper would be absolutely ludicrous IMO. Furthermore , and given I will be overseas from next week and have already received legal advice as to my holdings from my Business Attorney's , I respectfully decline my participation in this group.
