Delisting doesn't cancel shares, but does stiffle share trades etc. Perhaps we SHs should have called an EGM 6 months ago and tossed the BOD then negotiated with neighbours to farm-in/sell projects to recover in/reduce cash out so as to consolidate business to be viable. Doesn't look good now as once delisted it may be difficult to stop the rot of quick cash drain. I would not be surprised projects are sold off to P/L companies that may be associated with BOD for rebirth later (Am I a bit paranoid/a conspiracy theorist here?) Seems like another total loss like TEN and possibly MTC amongst my stocks.
