Victory mines has released an update today

The Company provides an update on ASX announcements dated 23 November 2018 and 11December 2018 respectively in relation to an announcement by the Company regarding release ofits suspension from trading.

Whilst the Company anticipated an announcement to be made to the market no later than 2 January2019 to end the period of voluntary suspension, the Company was advised by ASX, and as per ASXannouncement dated 11 December 2018, that ASX will not permit the suspension in trading ofCompany’s securities to be lifted until such time as ASX’s concerns with respect to the affairs ofHardey Resources Limited (ASX.HDY) have been resolved to ASX’s satisfaction.

Victory advises that it is yet to receive correspondence from ASX and will update the marketaccordingly. Following receipt of further correspondence Victory hopes to receive confirmation thatASX has no further queries and should then be in position to make an announcement for release ofits suspension from trading.
