Surely they can be prosecuted?
how can the ASX punish shareholders and not the directors?
how can the directors not publish an announcement at the very least? Surely that in itself is a crime!
They have f%ckd many people livelihoods. I understand if money goes down the drain because of poor drill results, that’s my due dillegence and risk... but not for director negligence ? Why should we be punished for their mistakes?
