There is little doubt that the ASX intends to carry on through with the delisting as of Friday morning. IMHO. The ASX is not going to be swayed by any last minute sob story by Clee or the HDY Board. While in some ways the tone of the ASX letter is very measured and professional you can certainly pick up that in a number of instances the ASX is not impressed.
    1. the number of references to their view that HDY was not being "candid" (read truthful) in a good number of its statements.
    2. the annoyance that HDY did not send the ASX a draft or check with the ASX that what was being put together as a response by HDY was going to meet the demand by the ASX that it had to be acceptable.
    3. the annoyance at HDY's very late delivery of their response to the ASX....right at the last minute basically on Dec 20th. (Not the wisest way to treat an official authority that has the power to delist you)
    4. oh and while we are at...where is the HDY announcement about the decision by the ASX. In the ASX letter at the end it requests HDY to make an announcement and release the ASX letter at the same time otherwise the ASX would release their letter themselves. Now it looks like (in the absence of any announcement by HDY) that the ASX had to take that step. So HDY has not been very good at winning friends and influencing people in the final analysis.
