Yes just look at Sterling Products - went into administration (Henry Buck) - all money spent on administration costs - now trading under a different name as a private firm and shareholders are not even told about it.
How can they say that allowing HDY to continue trading was not in the best interest of HDY and shareholders and then delist the company.
HDY appears to have been caught out due to what appears ASX wanting to punish some of the BOD and so shareholders suffer
However from my understanding but highly unlikely HDY could list on another stock exchange
Time the Government took action to protect shareholders - I for one going to send a letter to both State and Federal Government Ministers demanding an inquiry be held not only into how BOD can get away with this but also the handling of such cases by ASX and ASIC
