    I think it will be taken with a grain of salt given the timing.

    At any particular time, they would have a range of low ball offers that, in reality, they would never consider. They are offers nevertheless.

    When they give us a $/hectare...then maybe we get a spike.

    Having said that, will be oversubscribing.
