I think that those were two very good points raised.
Firstly, each discovery made by the JV will be valued less by an independent valuer if/ when MOD exercises it's right to buy MTR out due to the modelled capex required to bring the deposit into production, i.e. treating each Dome as a stand alone project.
For MOD, each acquisition can be acceetive as there would obviously be less capex required as these, once inside MOD, would effectively be brownfield developments.
Secondly, it is important for shareholders that MOD is located in Bots, which has taken Canada's mining code for its own use and has strong property rights.
When you see what is coming out of South Africa now, the writing is on the wall for that Nation and simply a 'no go zone'.
BTW, Sprott is impressed with the MOD drill results and commented again on how exceptional the met is for the T3 project.
