SPP closes 15th March. Any shortfall can be placed with institutional investors. With the share price trading below the SPP price, an investor seeking a large parcel would be better off holding back to see if the shares can be acquired under the SPP shortfall. Alternatively they could be cost averaging by acquiring on market below SPP price the taking part of the SPP shortfall. A better indication of market demand should be evident when the SPP results are available.
