At AGM - I think we need to get rid of Paul Cooper and any others we can that we can call "dead Wood". Although not single handedly causing the problems which we have here today, he represents a time of the company which most investors would choose to forget. It is the actions of the board of the time that got CNP and CER into this mess and it is very obvious there was mismanagement of which he was a part. I am sure the current board still values his opinion - but as far as I am concerned he would have been sacked on the spot for being part of such negligence in any other "normal" company.
The ASIC ruling basically said that he and others were part of the problem - therefore in my opinion he must go. Moving forward do we need such a legacy attached to our future?
