Seems to me that these directors have overseen a share price drop from 20c to 0.6c in just on a year. They have given up on one project (due to many factors, including overly optimistic predictions of its resource), have practically had to give the other project away in order to survive, and now have used shareholder funds to pay for their infringement (deceit?) of ASX rules.
Yes 'ZYL has elected to pay the $66000 penalty'. So effectively, shareholders are footing the bill for their 'error'.
All of these are factual, so are in no way defamatory. The directors cant simply can't say we are innocent but don't want to fight it in court. Otherwise I should never have had a speeding fine recorded against me (I am innocent in all cases. Honestly)
Anyway. Hang in there. The only way must be up I suppose?
