Does anybody like these acquisitions?
I have to admit I am not a big fan of bulking up in China, where it is very difficult to get a fair legal hearing if there is a dispute - this leads to all sorts of underhand tactics. Maybe I am too much of a chicken.
I wonder what lead to the vendors selling? The multiple seems quite high, but similar to what Amcor would pay, and these assets are subject to a bit of bidding it seems.
