    Raised 30 million to buyout their own businesses, which they know full well are not performing. Latest updates in Feb and Mar everything were so rosy, what have changed in one month? Their former owners are now showering in money while shareholders suffer. How convenient is that?

    This company is WLD ver. 2. IMO these type of IPOs are pure scams.
