In terms of the gearing/share dilution consequences for the QUB acquisition (if it happens), I'm a bit hazy and nothing has really been confirmed- it's basically up for negotiation with Asciano I think, should they choose to go down that route.
This will take a long time to play out, because ACCC clearance will take months, if granted at all.
