Finally a sensible sounding plan albeit a little to close to DL associates with an AIM listing. Certainly give the major holders a much greater opportunity to liquidate their stock being on AIM
Will be interesting to see the funding plan for 2019 hopefully including cash from asset sales to cover payments to the CN holder taking some pressure off the SP.
